A Little Maintenance Work on

One of the Most Beautiful Neighborhoods in Dallas!

Please come join us at the Monssen Triangle. We will be cleaning the perimeter of the greenbelt. Trash bags, grabbers, and water will be provided. Please wear gloves and put on bug spray. As always in springtime, we hope the weather will cooperate.

A Conservation District designation is a gentle way of stabilizing a neighborhood. It protects home values and prevents developers from overrunning an established community with new-build homes or making dramatic alterations that make the original home unrecognizable and not contextual to the neighborhood.

This is the first neighborhood meeting where the Conservation District Committee explains the application process and begins to collect information from residents about which aspects of the neighborhood architecture are most important to preserve.
